How to Sign Up
Step 1: Please fill out and send the mailform below.
Step 2: Send 3 or more of your photographs (only as jpg) to: office@cosmomgmt.co
Fill in your full name as the Subject of your email. You may attach your CV as a doc file. You also may send your pictures by post, see Contact page for our address, but don't send your original photographs and please include your phone no. and email address.

Measuring Instructions
Bust/Chest:
Measure all the way around your body just under the arms and across your shoulder blades at the fullest point of the bust/chest. The measuring tape should be firm and level.
Waist:
Measure around your natural waist line, where you would normally wear a belt. This is higher on women than it is on men.
Hips:
Measure all the way around your body at the fullest point of seat (butt) while standing.
Dress/Suit:
This is a more general measure. Please enter the average dress/suit size that fits you well. |
